The CEO of International Strategic Services, LLC is Joshua McCraw. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He completed high school at Yukon, Oklahoma and joined the US Navy in 2004. He has diligently served his country in active duty serving onboard the USS Saipan, LHA-2 in deck department, and with VFA-113 the Stingers as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He provided technical avionics and weapon system expertise to the F/A-18C squadron stationed in Lemoore, California. He deployed once on the Saipan and once with the squadron onboard USS Ronald Regan, CVN-76, conducting strike operations in the Middle East in 2008-2009.

After departing the service, the call to duty was never far, and he elected to join the US Naval Reserves to continue his service to his country while attending school for his Bachelors. While in the Naval Reserves, he volunteered to deploy to support CENTCOM CTF-57 Anti-submarine warfare, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He volunteered twice to support CENTOM, and would later volunteer to augment the active duty unit in Okinawa, Japan, and later another deployment in Sigonella, Italy during the COVID pandemic.

His educational pursuits have garnered a unique perspective to problem solving and adapting and overcoming challenges. He attained his Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Computer Animation and Media Arts, a Master Degree in International Relations, and is currently working on a Doctorate Degree in Statecraft and National Security.

Away from work his activities include supporting his love of motorcycles and passion for aiding people with volunteer work with various motorcycle veterans groups centered on aiding veterans and their families. He also teaches motorcycle training at several Northern Virginia schools and always shares the love of riding with new and returning riders.
