The CEO is Joshua McCraw, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, completed high school and joined the US Navy in 2004. Served on active duty onboard the USS Saipan, LHA-2 in deck department, and with VFA-113 the Stingers as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He provided technical avionics and weapon system expertise to the F/A-18C squadron stationed in Lemoore, California. He deployed once on the Saipan and once with the squadron onboard USS Ronald Regan, CVN-76, conducting strike operations in the Middle East in 2008-2009.

After departing the service, the call to duty was never far, and he elected to join the US Naval Reserves to continue his service while attending school for his Bachelors. While in the Naval Reserves, he volunteered to deploy twice to support anti-submarine warfare, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars at Isa Airbase, Bahrain. Later, he was hand picked to augment an active duty unit in Okinawa, Japan, and later, another deployment in Sigonella, Italy supporting 6th Fleet amidst the COVID pandemic. Furthermore, his experience and robust talents provided contracting solutions to Naval issues in supporting combat system and weapon system certification, financial analysis for rotating radars and sensors, and management and program support for the emergency diesel generator for strategic and fast attack submarines at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington Navy Yard.

His educational pursuits have garnered a unique perspective to problem solving and adapting and overcoming challenges. He attained his Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Computer Animation and Media Arts, a Master Degree in International Relations, and is currently working on a second Masters, National Security and Statecraft with the end goal of a Ph.D. in Statecraft and Strategy.

Away from work and school, his activities include supporting his love of motorcycles and passion giving back to his community with volunteer work with various motorcycle veteran’s groups centered on aiding veterans and their families. He also teaches motorcycle training at several Northern Virginia schools and always shares the love of riding with new and returning riders.
